Disappointing and Unfair Experience at This Location! I usually enjoy shopping at Ulta, but this particular location Recency Square, Brandon FL left me really disappointed. The girl at the pickup counter was rude, and even though I arrived first, another customer who came after me was helped before I was. It made me feel like I was treated differently — possibly because of my background — and that was really upsetting. Nini is the sweetest person!! Can’t recommend this Ulta enough
Taylor ! Taylor saved my day and put me at ease. I had two makeup appointments canceled so I decided to find my way to Ulta. I called and was booked within 5 mins. I was so nervous being my first experience but I can’t complain with the entire store it felt so relaxed. Taylor started off with inspiration pictures from me! She took her time with me and listened . My saved the dates turned out PERFECT!
