The last few times I’ve been to this particular location it has not been my favorite experience at all. I frequently go to about 3 of your NoCo locations as I live in one City and work in another. The young lady helping me grad a travel size perfume made it a point to talking about stealing the item. Which as a 36 year old who comes in a work uniform I find utterly hilarious and irritating at the same time. Very dramatic and unnecessary in my opinion. Laura helped me out on 7/24 just before 8pm. She had great suggestions and took her time to explain things. She also got me signed up for points as well as mentioning an in store stylist. Great employee!
I’ve been here for a brow appointment three times now and each time they have made me wait over 20 minutes. This past time I waited 40 minutes. Will not be returning due to their poor scheduling.
