Great General Manager here. Laura really saved the day for my daughter and me. Ulta is a sacred place to us. We come here to not only shop, but bond. We feel safe and free here. definitely a favorite store to be in. Laura helped correct a mistake that happened a week ago, and it made my daughter and I’s day that much brighter. We love Ulta immensely.
Store is generally clean, customer service is adequate, but the cell service is awful making it difficult to pull up coupons. Then if you want to just on their WiFi you have to sign up and register. Lots of wasted time and no money saved
I came into Ulta today looking for bridal makeup and was on the phone with my friend, who is much more knowledgeable about makeup than I am. I was showing her different eyeshadow colors to get her opinion on what would look best for my wedding. While doing so, an employee approached me and told me I needed to stop recording. To be clear, I was not recording any employees, customers, or anything in the store other than the eyeshadow shades I was considering purchasing. Yesterday I had the pleasure of getting my hair styled by January and my make-up done by Morgan. I was very happy with both the make-up and hair! We did have a small scheduling problem. Both managers got involved, made things happen for me and really did help and care about my experience. I will definitely return again. My only advice is call if you are under time constraints for your event to make sure they are on schedule and complete your treatment.
