I went to get my brows done with a brow expert, i got there waited around and then was told she left and i was never contacted or anything. I was put off to a stylist i will not name anyone because she was very sweet, but infection control wasn’t followed, my brows are uneven, thin out extremely, and two different shapes. I had to ask for a brow map and wasn’t shown the mapping. I’m utterly disappointed with my results and i will be having to grow out my brows for months because of the his inconvenience.

I visited Ulta for the first time on 9/14 with the hope of purchasing my usual foundation, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available.
