I just got a signature curly cut from Nicole and my hair has never felt so healthy and my curls look so good. I am Brasilian with 3a/3b hair texture and my hair looked like trash because I am 3 days away from giving birth and haven’t had the time to care for my hair. She took the time to listen, make me feel welcomed and comfortable with my huge belly, not judge and care for my hair bringing it back to life. BOOK WITH NICOLE!!!

I visited this store yesterday and I want to take the time out to write this review as not only was it my daughter’s first time going to Ulta, it was also mine😄 I want to thank Nicole for making my daughter and I feel comfortable and for helping her choose the product she was looking for(she chose the Audition blush). I also want to thank Rebecca, the young lady at the register with giving my daughter encouragement with her newfound love of cosmetics🥰 Thank you!

Reagan was amazing ! I have never been to a salon and walked out so so happy and satisfied with the service. She truly took the time to get to know me and my hair as an individual instead of just another client like most salons. She did an amazing job cutting and diffusing my hair. I usually do not get my hair diffused at salons due to bad experiences but her styling truly made me fall in love with my curly hair again. She knows what she’s doing and I will be back again ! :)

This is the second time I've been disappointed by the ulta salon. I was there for almost 5 hours and charged an arm and a leg and the end result is completely different from what I wanted. I wanted dark red hair and my hair is light brown. I wanted it to blend nicely with my light brown roots, but my roots were dyed over? I don't understand what happened or where the communication was lost but im so disappointed and cancelling my credit card and never returning. I just had the most incredible experience at the salon! Jeannie, my stylist, was nothing short of exceptional. She transformed my hair with a root touch-up, stunning highlights, an Olaplex treatment, a fabulous haircut, and a flawless blowout. Not only is she incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but her warm and friendly demeanor made the entire experience so enjoyable. I've received countless compliments on my hair since my appointment!
