I’m not from around the area… today September 17th I stopped at 7pm and the lady with the yelllow bad dye job blonde hair had 4 people cut in front of me just because I was at the wrong side of the line…. Mind you I was the only other person on the line until she forced the other customers to cut in front of me …. I was going to buy $300 worth of products….. no care of business aspect …. Horrrible run from this place if you can
I visited this Ulta location for the first time recently, and I was very impressed with the friendly staff and service. Beautiful store! I booked a haircut with Nicole and I'm thrilled with my new shorter layered-cut (goodbye constant ponytail)! I'm so excited to return in a few weeks to have Nicole color my hair! :)
Please. Someone turn the air conditioning on in that store. Every time I go its sooo hot in there. The employees and customers were sweating. Ugh.
