Absolutely the worst hair experience I have ever received. First, the lady doing my hair seemed fed up with the manager and overall salon. Second, the power went out and I proceeded to leave with wet hair. Third, because my hair was wet I couldn’t see how sad my highlights were. It doesn’t even look like I had them done. I went to have my hair colored the whole time. I’m getting my hair done. The gentleman isn’t even coloring all my roots. I come back because he completely messed my hair up. They agreed the manager agreed that of course they would not refund my money but would do my hair over they backed out of the whole deal sent me away three times and are very rude.

Highly friendly and knowledgeable staff! If you’re a curly haired cutie I highly recommend requesting FLORA as your stylist. She is experienced with all hair types, will CORRECTLY cut and style CURLY HAIR. She’s cut my hair 4-5 times now, I hope she stays here forever! She is also multi-talented and does make up! For browns I highly recommend SYDNEY! Initially went in for a wax when she recommended a threading, for I didn’t know my face wash made my skin sensitive to wax. For a first time threading, my experience with 10/10!

I ran in there and ask the cashier if I could get a gift card for my adult daughter for mother's day. She was very helpful she showed me all the different kinds of gift cards and then she loaded it for what I told her I needed and it was a pleasant experience.
