I Love Ulta. I've been to this location 3 times now and to the Holland location. The staff that works here is do friendly & helpful
Avoid salon services unless you enjoy inexperienced stylists and rude managers. Awful service and treatment. Would give less than one star if I could.
Very upset. Have an event coming up and scheduled to have my hair done. Let know I wanted dimensional color and cut. They scheduled me with someone that can't do this. The girl was sweet and I felt bad, but I scheduled time off/away to have this done. Got told I need to reschedule after getting here. Not coming here for hair needs, can't count on it.
