I went to the Ulta salon yesterday for a blowout. It was my first time. I don’t want to write this review to get anyone in trouble, I just want to warn anyone who may be scheduling an appointment with high hopes like I did. My stylist was very sweet but incredibly inexperienced. I have naturally wavy hair and she clearly didn’t know what she was doing. Writing another review bc the one I wrote was taken down. Wasn’t greeted, had to break up a convo between employees to get help. The person that helped me didn’t have makeup skills and was useless in trying to color match me. Would not return and highly recommend going to the other Ulta instead.
Not as on top as other Ulta's I've been to. They don't seem to be fans of Stroker Ace
