Calah was so nice and helpful. A different location messed up and not only did she made it right, she was also so nice about it! Will definitely be coming back to this location from now on.
I needed an immediate hair appointment and the only stylist they had was Jane. She didn't even look like she wanted to be there. When doing my hair she kept pushing me down in the seat so she could reach my hair while she was sitting down so I was half way hanging out of the chair. When washing my hair my entire shirt was soaked. She wasn't very friendly and it was more of let me make it convenient and comfortable for her than for me. I went in the other day and asked if they carried a certain product. I was told yes. I stood there and nothing else was offered. I said can you show me where it is. She took me over to one type. I said I struggle to find the correct shade. She walked away. Great customer service. The time before that the employees were all over the store or in a group ignoring customers. There were 5 of us waiting to purchase items and no cashier. Will not be back there.
