I entered this store today expecting a simple return and instead experienced some of the most disrespectful treatment I have ever received as a customer. I was yelled at, spoken to unprofessionally, and falsely accused of stealing an item that I had brought into the store to return. The store manager’s behavior was completely unacceptable. Ulta corp is not a great place to work. I’ve known two women that have worked there and the stuff they told me in the past was not good. I had forgotten and had an appointment for my daughter. We got stuck in completely stopped traffic because there was an accident on the way there. I called over 30 minutes ahead to let them know we may be a little late but I will let them know if we can’t make it. Got there 7 minutes late. If you are thinking about visiting the salon I highly recommend Lori R. She is awesome! She does great color and always gives me exactly the haircut I am looking for. My color lasts for months. It is a super reasonable price and she is super friendly. The other staff are also great! Definitely recommend
Terrible Customer Service! Jennifer is just a nasty, rude & angry individual. We purchased multiple items but returned only one item. Unopened & a receipt. We kept our cool but wanted to put angry-Jennifer in her place. The sales floor think they're Gen-Z models. More like Gen-Zzzzz & no help! Excpept (Nicki is awesome!).
