I was at this Ulta store on August 11, 2026 around 11:00 am. I was in the high end section specifically to purchase an eyebrow pencil. I have always used Anastasia Bev Hills ash brown but it's been awhile since I needed to replace it and hoped to get assistance about any new product lines to try something else. Not one store employee offered to help me though there were three of them circulating that area, one of them walking with an empty Ulta basket on her arm and her nose in her phone.
