You should not be asking for personal information, especially from a minor. That's bad return policy. And when politely told no multiple times, take it as that with no reason to get snarky and rude. The cashier's whole demeanor changed badly just because a minor stated she did not want to give her information. All because you are data mining under the guise of "return policy."

Came in and had a lady late to the appointment I made and then said she can’t do the things that has been done before. She obviously does not know hair or how to do hair. She might as well Work at great clips. Ridiculous, will never return to the pos place again.

I decided to get my hair done after years of doing it myself, and I’m SO happy I chose to come here!! Jocelyn was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I love how my hair came out!
