I chose James to cut and color my hair. He engaged me in discussion and problem solving for my wavy/curly thin, fine hair. He gave me honest advice about my complicated color situation. We decided he would focus on the cut. He spent time dry cutting first, then a wash and condition and some wet cutting. He then carefully styled my curls in a way I had never tried.
