This store is going to crap.There’s never any products always sold out of everything.Definitely needs new management.Then you get followed around you feel very unwelcomed.
If you're trying to look at estee lauder, lancome, or dior makeup go elsewhere. I was asked 3 times in less than 5 minutes if i needed help in this section and when i explained i was just looking they stood there and watched me. I left an extra star because they actually did help me find an eyeshadow pallet but they like kept guiding me out of the luxury section. If you usually buy luxury makeup just do it online
Made an appointment that I was looking forward to since it’s been so long since someone else did my hair. Never tried Ulta salon and was excited about the new experience. Two hours before the appointment I get a text cancelling with no explanation. When I call to inquire about the cancellation I’m told that she was hoping I would call because they needed to reschedule me since the stylist assigned was not coming in. There has to be a more professional way of handling that!
