I was greeted with a smile. I needed help swapping brands of cosmetics. Meaning I would need to be swatched again. I have to say that I was treated with so much kindness, friendly, energetic, and beautiful personality. I hope I didn't spell her name wrong. Maddie was a breath of fresh air. She is a true asset for customer needs and making sure that we are on the same page. I will be looking for her again. She's the only reason we return.
After shopping at this location today, I was reminded why I had not been in an Ulta in over 2 years. Zero customer service, even though an associate was less than 5 feet from me, stocking. Her demeanor appeared that she didn’t want to be bothered, so I just looked through the mixed up blushes until I found the one I needed. DO NOT USE SAME DAY DELIVERY! I went online and used same day delivery for 3 products, a concealer, cooling under eye cream, and an applicator brush. Without notifying me they cancelled both the concealer and the under eye cooling cream but delivered the brush for the full delivery fee plus tip. They had my phone number, email, multiple ways to ask if I wanted to cancel. I confirmed online that the products were in stock at this store but they said their inventory was "off" and they can't help it. They don't call. They are "... read more
