This store has gone down the drain. There was a time when I frequently shooed in this store and enjoyed talking to the ladies. Not anymore. The customer service is terrible and the management is just as awful. Zero concern about customer satisfaction. I have worked in retail many times and I know some customers are unreasonable, but this place absolutely does not care about making things right with customers even within reasonable limits.
