I had the absolute best experience at Ulta thanks to Steffy!!!!!!! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, warm, and attentive. I was just looking for a new eyeliner, and she proved to be SO SO SO SO knowledgeable about different makeup brands and formulas.. Steffy gave me the PERFRCT recommendation for a mechanical tip pencil eyeliner. IT WAS SO NICEEE!!!! I had a god awful experience at around 6pm on Wednesday July 1st. At the front check out desk the old Hispanic woman and younger Hispanic woman, didn’t even look me in the eyes while speaking to me. I asked the older one for help and she told me to go get the product myself instead of helping out. Terrible terrible attitude from both, might as well have spit on me. Customer service was nonexistent. I’ve never been treated with blatant disrespect before at this location but this was very disappointing.
Nichole is THE BEST! And she is fun to talk to on the way of giving a wonderful cut and blowdry! First time today… i will be back!
