I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Ulta in Westport, CT. Today was my daughter’s 9th birthday, and I had made an online reservation for a 1:00 PM tinsel application appointment. We arrived on time expecting the service we booked, only to find there was just one hairdresser working. I just got my haircut today and I highly reccomend! I had Ms. Ramos as my stylist and she was so sweet, wonderful, and did exactly as I asked. The overall vibe in there was very welcoming too.
