“Took my girlfriend here for hair coloring and the result was awful. The stylist ignored what she asked for, and her hair came out patchy and totally different from what she wanted. When we asked for help, the salon was rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed — I don’t recommend this place at all.”
I came in really excited to dye my hair. My hair was colored three times, and six hours of my time were wasted. In the end, one part of my hair was light, another part was dark, and it took different shades of color in different areas. My hair got damaged, and I left the salon with ruined hair. I think the staff didn’t have enough experience. I’ve never had such a bad experience before.
went to this salon and sat waiting for over an hour, and no one ever took me in for my appointment. I wasn’t updated, acknowledged, or given any explanation about the delay. After 30 minutes I asked how much longer they said 15 minutes and took another lady My time was completely wasted, and it was very unprofessional. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place if you value your time
Went in the Enfield CT store last Friday, 8/15 and had a terrible customer service experience. They had just opened the store. There was only one other customer was in the store. I went in to buy perfume for my daughter. I was in the store for at least 15 to 20 minutes and not one employee asked me if I needed help. 3 out of the 5 samples of their Saint Laurent perfume were entirely empty. Eva didn’t seem like you want to be there. was not friendly. she did not engage. none of the staff were really friendly and they always talk to their self and not us. I will not recommend going to the Ulta, but there’s always other Ulta other better for me
