Had the worst experience. Every rep in there was very cold and unwelcoming. I couldn’t even fathom spending a dollar at this location. If you’re looking for an ulta to go to this isnt the one to spend money at. I walked in and just asked for help getting a perfume and already knew what I wanted and got so much attitude. I purchased a dry shampoo from Ulta.com and went to this branch to exchange as the dry shampoo broke 1/2 thru the bottle - the Aerosol will no longer spray. I spent $48 + tax on the product and used maybe a little more than half. I was not asking for a refund, rather an exchange and they would not help as I'm 11 days over the 60 day "return" policy, I understand policy but when customers purchase product they trust Ulta will stand by them. Shout out to Victoria!!! An absolutely lovely employee. Even though she was busy, she took the time to make sure I was taken care of. I came in for a quick purchase and needed help with a shade match, but she asked questions about my skin concerns and makeup goals! I’m by no means experienced in makeup and thought it to be a young girls game nowadays! She made me feel so comfortable and confident that I left with a new routine and feel so beautiful! Phenomenal customer service by Jemimah! She went an above and beyond super informative. They were out of my NARS foundation and she informed me she should order and be sent to my home address free of shipping.

I wanted to leave 3 stars to give a fair rating. Some of the girls at this location are so sweet. The girl with the braids, there’s a couple of other girls with dark hair and nice makeup I find so helpful in this store so my review isn’t for them. Not sure who the blonde is that works at this location but she is so freaking rude! I understand working customer service is difficult but it doesn’t excuse the attitude.
