I used to come to the location in the mall when the mall was still there. I decided to visit the new location because I was excited to have an ulta back in my stomping grounds. I went in and was greeted by associate Misha. I don’t know when Ulta started hiring rude and condescending people, but I have never felt so disrespected. I had an amazing experience today at Ulta located in Orange village way, Monica was amazing i needed help finding a primer and she was went out of her way to get me information on her top favorites & was so knowledgeable in everything, she has amazing customer service and was so pleasant and welcoming. Monica is definitely an asset to your store ! Thank you for making my shopping experience wonderful 🤗

Passed by to buy a product today, Sadly I had to wait 30 min to be attended. I wanted to check if they had a product in stock, walked my self to the front register instead and politely asked for help. The employee instead told me to give her a second and continue to stand there doing nothing she proceeded to walk for the item I mentioned without assuring what I exactly wanted. No questions asked. Awful customer service.
I had an incredible experience with the Ulta located at The Village of Orange, thanks to Stephanie. Even though our interaction was over the phone and we ultimately weren’t able to locate the specific product I was searching for, the level of service she provided was truly outstanding. Stephanie was warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable.
