They have a lot of good products, but I was super disappointed in my customer service experience. It was my very first time at Ulta and I was excited to start taking better care of my skin and learning how to do my makeup even if I'm 32. I was in today to try and get my husbands cologne he loves for our anniversary and I had very full arms with my toddler and I was obviously looking for something and said to my daughter “well I guess they don’t have it here” -with TWO employees within feet of earshot and they both looked at me and and turned the other direction. No smile…no greeting…no “are u looking for something?” NOTHING! I'm an older woman who just needed some basic help with choosing foundation and blush that wasn't too heavy. I had been using the IT brand but felt that either the brand or the shade might not be right for me. We tried a different option in that brand and then she suggested clinique brand might be good for me. She helped me choose a shade of foundation and a blushwhich I also needed. . It felt perfect.
