I do Door Dash and I have done a few shopping trips to Ulta Beauty. I don't know very much about makeup and I am basically lost as soon as I walk in the door. The ladies that work there all get 5 stars from me. They are more willing to help a Door Dasher than any of the other stores i go to. They are all very nice and professional. Ladies if you want great customer service stop in and find out for yourself. Thank you to all the employees that help a poor lost guy out. Its greatly appreciated.
Very helpful staff, ask for America. She was wonderful. She knows the products. You tell her what you need and she will find exactly what you want. She's amazing!
A friend and I meet here to shop together for beauty products. We always have America help us. I guarantee you will leave with products you are looking for. She does great eyebrows, too. Also, she remembers us. If you need a personal shopper, she is the one for you.
Karla checked me out today and was very sweet and professional, she gets 5 stars. However the other female at the register rolled her eyes at me when I asked if they carried Nars makeup. Not sure why, but how rude, thankfully she passed me on to another employee that helped me find it and she was very sweet and professional as well.
