kris and his coworker, she’s a vendor there, forgive me i forgot her name. but they were so sweet and helpful. they helped my mom and i find products for wedding and the sweet lady took her time to show me how to cover my tattoo. kris was also more than patient helping us color match, and sharing his best advice on products long lasting for a long night at a wedding in the heat! thank you for a great experience!
I used to avoid this Ulta every time I would go to the mall because of a terrible experience with Morgann. She was extremely rude to me and to her coworkers. No person deserves to be spoken at like that. She could’ve been having a bad day, but don’t take it out on your coworkers. Grateful to have met Alessandro. I was helped by Alana and she was great, answered all my questions, got me to the right product within my budget. Friendly and sweet will be coming back just because of her! She was so great !
I had a very disappointing experience at the Ulta in Freehold Mall. I stopped in because Sephora is temporarily closed and asked two employees if the store carried Natasha Denona. Both simply shook their heads and said no. When I asked if there was anything comparable, they just looked at each other before saying, "Not in this location."
