Very disappointed with my hair, I spent $300 , and did not get what I asked for, I went to a master stylist for a reason. " Update this is damange I received by going to Master stylist Melissa, this is very disappointing, has caused me trauma, as a woman's hair, is part of her confidence. She left color on my hair for 45 mins, when I returned to get the services fixed, she again left color on my hair for 30 mins, honestly I feel her license should be removed, I trusted a stylist that has went to school, this is my outcome.

Extremely poor service & boarding rude evening cashier Arianna at 7:56pm on 6/6/2026 register 4. I think an automated AI system could be better in this instance.
Went in today with my mom and Carolyn was checking us out and had the most passive aggressive non friendly attitude. we’ve never had an issue with any of the workers but Carolyn was the exception today.
