I went in for a foundation match and I expected to spend at least 20+ minutes in the store. The lady who helped me (I can’t remember her name I’m sorry) found a match on literally the first try. I was super impressed. I was in and out in 10 minutes even with other shopping.
I went into the Pleasant Prairie, WI Ulta location with my fiancé today and had the most amazing in store experience curtesy of Krista. I went in with some Google screen shots of different things I found online to help me develop a skincare routine. I asked Krista for help and I could not have asked a better person! I usually never have issues with this location hut today’s unprofessionalism was worth a review. Instead of taking the 3 minutes it would have taken to check me out, I had to sit and listen to the cashier have a full blown conversation over their headsets talking about previous customers. One of the things the cashier Shyanne had said was “I had asked a lady to step out of the way but she was a grown lady” with a very poor attitude and I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable the entire time. Very disappointed with my hair, I spent $300 , and did not get what I asked for, I went to a master stylist for a reason. " Update this is damange I received by going to Master stylist Melissa, this is very disappointing, has caused me trauma, as a woman's hair, is part of her confidence. She left color on my hair for 45 mins, when I returned to get the services fixed, she again left color on my hair for 30 mins, honestly I feel her license should be removed, I trusted a stylist that has went to school, this is my outcome.
