I know literally nothing about makeup and I asked one of the staff members there to help me with everything and shade matching and she was so kind, non judgmental, and helped me find affordable options. She felt almost like an older sister helping me100/10

Normally I wouldn’t go out of my way to write a review like this, but I had such a positive experience today that it’s hard not to. I went in to Ulta looking to repurchase a foundation and get a shade match. I was assisted by Pearl, who was just absolutely lovely, knowledgeable, and friendly. After she sent me on my way, I was greeted by Mekaella in the perfume section and she helped me pick out a new scent while also being all around wonderful. Not sure where Ulta hired these terrible employees from. They are very rude, not welcoming, not friendly NOT HELPFUL! Staff were heard talking about customers in front of them! All the perfumes are locked up and you have to wait for an associate to unlock them just to smell them.
