I need perfume & you guys don’t even have SAMPLES outside of a locked case. I couldn’t find a single person to ask for 15 minutes so I just left, I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
The customer service was not good! 5 employees standing around when I walked in and they couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge me when I came in and had no real interest in helping me find products. I won’t be returning.
Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced multiple visits giving the store staff the opportunity to improve. What makes the experiences so bad, is that I am an account holder that is spent quite a bit of money at that location.
