I went into this Ulta a few days ago and didn’t have a pleasant experience with one of the employees, Lilly is not professional/nice at all, multiple eye roles too, and visible hickeys on her neck, so unprofessional, smiling and asking if a customer found everything okay is the bare minimum, you can tell they’ll hire anyone has a manager. Do better Ulta!
The employees were so nice in helping me find the best makeup to hide the redness in my skin. They answered all my questions and gave me some pointers. 🙂 I found some great makeup that really helps boost my confidence and will definitely be back.
My fiance and I went in looking for specific products, and Rachel helped us do that! She knew exactly where the products were and recommended other options as well! She was extremely helpful, and we will definitely be going back! :^)
