I have given this store several chances to live up to the reputation of other Ulta stores, but, it's a disappointment. The employees are incredibly rude and disrespectful. They are frequently out off stock of advertised items, and most questions are answered with an ambivalent shrug. They are awful when it comes to returns or exchanges, and would rather stand behind the counter and talk to one another, rather than help customers. I would discourage anyone from shopping there!
