Somebody needs to tell "Rochelle" that No Means No! I understand that the employees are forced to ask about the credit card, but she is so rude and won't take "no thank you" as an answer - to the point where she's talking over you, ignoring your actual questions, and making customers and the other employees nearby extremely uncomfortable by repeatedly asking and taking way longer than needed to ring you up.
