Don't bother shopping here if you are not white! Most horrible people working here! Stand in line and they just kept taking everyone else. Let the white ladies go ahead of me the entire time and when I said I've been standing there for the longest time, they just stared at me like I'm stupid. I dropped all my stuff and left. Not worth it people. Overpriced and horrible people working there.

HORRIBLE!!! I cannot say it enough. HORRIBLE. I went here, because the prevevious Ulta I went to down south was excellent. I have been having issues finding a new sylist so I I had the manager cut my hair. I feel like my head has been put through a blender. Nobody in there right mind could look at this haircut and think it is good. I have had better $15.00 haircuts. Much less $50.00! Because my hair is fine and short I cannot hide it. Now I have to suffer another 8 weeks to try and grow it out, there is nothing left to cut. ... read more

Regret getting my hair cut in the salon. My hair is so bad I can't even wear it down. She tried putting layers in and its so uneven and choppy. She tried hiding as well by styling it with big curl so I couldn't tell until I was home and washed and straighten it. They told me they would give me a full refund and hundreds of dollars in product. When I went back they could only give me store credit and 7 samples! This does not help me pay to get it fixed.
