Came in to get my nieces hair done. We didn’t know what style she wanted and she has never had her hair done before , Dominique helped us out and made her hair look amazing and helped tell her how to keep it up and what things and products she would need . I would recommend her to EVERYONE I KNOW .

Amy the store manager is not well trained at handling unhappy customers. Instead of asking what led to my poor interaction she told me I was “rude “ and she didn’t need to give me my order she could cancel it “RIGHT NOW”. I said, I’m sorry, let’s start over. Then she just cut me off saying I yelled at staff. I did not yell at staff I was talking fast and said I was disappointed in their customer service and that they didn’t have any options or solutions on how to help me.

I’ve always had just an ok experience at this location, but tonight was just unnecessary. I came in 45 minutes before close, not expecting to spend much time. I needed one item and the ladies didn’t ask if I needed assistance once, and as soon as I started walking around, they turned off the music. There was 45 minutes! I know that I shouldn’t go in somewhere that has 10 minutes to close, but this was almost a whole hour!! It felt like I was just a nuisance for coming in!
