Ulta has the best customer service ever!
Unfriendly to seniors including staff and store layout. Went in with my elderly mom yesterday looking for a product we'd found online but preferred to buy in store. Despite the visible and chatty presence of staff, we were left to fend for ourselves. Eventually found what we'd come in for. Would have purchased more if we'd found customer service. So disappointed. Probably won't return to this store.
I randomly decided to get my hair done at Ulta after breaking up with my hairdresser after like 5 plus years. And I could cry I’m so happy. Vivian took care of me and I received the best cut and color probably ever in my life. It’s top 3 for sure. Do not sleep on the ulta hair salon. It was super busy and had such a fun, happy atmosphere. If you are looking for a sign to try ulta for your hair, this is it. Call and book with Vivian!
This afternoon, I went to Ulta to try to find a replacement for a discontinued creamy baby oil product I've used for years as a morning face cream. Bella helped me and was so thorough in her checking online for other products which could be substituted. She was very informative, patient, and reassuring that something would be available.
