I’ve always had just an ok experience at this location, but tonight was just unnecessary. I came in 45 minutes before close, not expecting to spend much time. I needed one item and the ladies didn’t ask if I needed assistance once, and as soon as I started walking around, they turned off the music. There was 45 minutes! I know that I shouldn’t go in somewhere that has 10 minutes to close, but this was almost a whole hour!! It felt like I was just a nuisance for coming in! My 9yo had her first haircut in a year with Sam and had a wonderful experience. Sam listened closely and asked a lot of questions before starting the cut. My daughter felt pampered and is thrilled with her new look!
