Some of the kindest staff members ive ever witnessed at an Ulta like,, ever. When I came in today, I was initially a bit nervous because they were all really cool looking and I have anxiety, but when I asked for help with finding the right makeup product one of the workers went out of their way to find similar colors for me and it just 🥺 idk, it made my night. they're all really great.
Caitlin was so great and the staff are so nice and helpful! She did my make-up trial this weekend and she did such a great job!!

I went to this store today for an appointment, it was my first time getting any types of services done. Kacey did my brows, and she was so kind and lovely. She talked with me the whole time and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment! The staff as a whole was so lovely, and were checking in on me constantly. I already made my next appointment with Kacey, and I will definitely be back!
This place is the mecca of makeup. I could spend all day in this store
