Tried to make a brow appointment three times on three different days and was on hold for 20+ minutes each time. Very disappointing and a waste of time.

Waited for someone to come to the register for like 10 mins. The worker asked if I wanted to use my points and I said no, just to find out later she applied my points. Smh
