I purchased items that should have come with a free gift and the sales woman did not give it to me, when I called Ulta the woman on the phone was very rude, asked me to hold , I said yes and then she put me on hold and after three mins she hung the phone up. I called back and the same woman answered and acted like nothing happened. I asked her about getting the gift and she told me to just come in and they will give it to me. Great service, beautiful store. Emily at the brow bar does great brow waxing.
The store manager is awful. She was so rude to us when we came in... We could tell that the employees disliked her just as much as us. Instead of trying to do what's right for the customer she went on some tangent about all these exclusions to my coupon. I am an understanding person and if I was told nicely about the exclusivity I would have been fine. But NO! She was so rude and talked down not only to me..... I have given this store several chances to live up to the reputation of other Ulta stores, but, it's a disappointment. The employees are incredibly rude and disrespectful. They are frequently out off stock of advertised items, and most questions are answered with an ambivalent shrug. They are awful when it comes to returns or exchanges, and would rather stand behind the counter and talk to one another, rather than help customers. I would discourage anyone from shopping there! My first time getting my hair done at Ulta and I am very satisfied with the job Savanna did on my hair. I love the color of my weave and the cut. Thank you for such a great experience.
My only complaint is they are always out of stock of soooo many things is really aggregating
