I have been shopping at Ulta in King of Prussia for years. The staff and management are friendly. The store is always well stocked with products but the main reason I go there is for the salon. There is a stylist named Sharay. She is amazing. I have been seeing her for years. Very professional and has a friendly attitude. Popular beauty store with a wide range of products and in-store salon services. Always find what I need.
Went to exchange a product I bought on sale online assuming they could reorder it store for me. They just did a return so I have no product and would have to buy it again at full price. The reason I started shopping online was the last time I went in person every 3 mins another associate would ask me if needed assistance. It was overwhelming and uncomfortable as some one who just wanted to shop in peace.
