my experience at this ulta has always been good till i went the other day had a cashier by the name Yajainis seems like she was already having a bad day or maybe that how her attitude is but let’s be real we get but don’t be rude i went to do a EXCHANGE not a return she was very nonchalant and slighty rude she gave me a return instead of an exchange and on top that i went back to get some more stuff because i thought i had the money on the gift card but didn’t when i checked out so i didn’t want to pay for that cause i thoug... read more
