Crystal ruined my experience at ulta last night for a pick up order, they overall have a great rep in my opinion but i guess they just hired this girl and she was veryyy rude. She acted like she genuinely hated the job and was just very nasty towards me. It pains me to write a whole review about this but she can’t continue to provide terrible service.
Daniela a large and aggressive cashier she rang me up and when i asked about my rewards she felt obligated to attempt to belittle me in such a loud tone explaining i needed to let her know and also told me to put my ulta tote back on my way out 👀 I returned all the merchandise and repurchased another cashier who took over ask for me to key in my number and the info populated without an issue and she ask did i want to use my rewards 👀 that was the purpose of returning and repurchasing YES , so i asked why didn’t pop up with... read more
