Scheduled an appt with the manager and asked specifically for a trim. when I arrived to my appointment I received everything except for what I asked for . Wasted $70 bucks for nothing. The stylist told me I didn’t need a trim . But never straightened my hair to even tell if a trim was needed. A lesson learned .
