Has amazing service. excellent product.
I received hair tinsel less than a week ago. When doing research online, most Ulta locations tie the tinsel into the hair. I received the clamp beads and I was told these could last up to two months due to the way they were applied. The tinsel also wasn’t tied to the bead like it’s supposed to be which lead to the tinsel falling out while the bead remained in my hair. The beads caught in my hair brush leading to my hair ripping out due to the way it was applied even when I was gentle. I’m unhappy with the result.
