The only place I go to get my eyebrows done! Courtney and Irizel do a great job! My only "complaint" is that you seem to always have to wait for someone to come to the register to cash you out, other than that, I've had nothing but good experiences at Ulta!
Absolutely not happy with this store. DO NOT LET IRIZEL TOUCH YOUR EYEBROWS. She did a horrible job. No arch, had to pluck after appointment and SHE RIPPED OUT MY EYELASH EXTENSIONS! Terrible terrible customer service. Gave me my money back for wax but that did not help the fact that I no longer had eyelash extensions on one side!?!?!?! I have very blonde natural lashes. HOW MORTIFYING.
