This place is dirty and makeup remover was nowhere to be found after trying testers. Luxury prices for such a grimy store. I had specifically gone here to look for the rem beauty by Ariana Grande and despite advertising that they carry it online it was not actually in the store at all. All employees seemed irritated and rude. Asked for my hair to be cut into a long bob. The lady doing seemed like she didn’t know how to cut a bob but proceeded to anyway. It is uneven, way too short and choppy. Just not what I asked for at all.

For the guys who are sent here to get something: the store layout is not what you expect. I have not been able to determine any rhyme or reason about where items are placed. Things are not organized by category like we’d expect.. you cannot assume that because you found some lip stuff that all the lip stuff is nearby. There are likely 10-12 other locations within the store where other lip stuff lives. I suggest waking down the middle of the store, scanning only in hope, and then do a crosswise searching pattern horizontally ... read more

All my previous experiences here are usually bad but today was different. My beauty adviser who was short guy with glasses (didn’t get his name) was AMAZING. He matched me a perfect new foundation and setting powder for wedding season, explained everything thoroughly without making me feel dumb, even helped me pick a the best false lashes and glue for me. LOVE this Ulta! They went above and beyond! I was helped by a few very kind and knowledgeable sales people. Marrisha was so nice, honest and made sure my mature skin was in the right hands. With a smile she directed me to Diane and Nicole. They were wonderful and answered all my wrinkle skin questions and made sure I left the store with everything I needed. Thank you all so much!! If you like wonderful skin care suggestions served up with a smile, I highly recommend this Ulta!
