This is not the first time I’ve had a negative customer service experience at an Ulta Beauty store. My first bad experience was at the Dixie Highway location, and now I’ve had another at the St. Matthews location. The “Experience Manager,” Sonya, was incredibly rude. She repeatedly interrupted me while I was speaking instead of listening to my concerns. What stood out even more was the lack of basic customer courtesy.
