I went in for a brow wax and tint, but unfortunately, I left with uneven brows that didn’t look tamed or properly shaped at all. I’m highly disappointed with the results, especially after spending my time and money on a service that didn’t meet my expectations. I would not recommend this experience, and I will not be booking again.

I was here trying to apply for a credit card at Ulta and shop there for all my beauty needs but their website is way too difficult it's so hard to sign in, even to apply for anything or buy anything. They need an upgrade on their website immediately. They're going to lose a lot of customers like me. I'm going to Sephora

I went for lightening came in with dirty blonde hair, as shown, asked for a something lighter but wanted my warmth still in it somewhere so I had said a honey brown with some of my lighter pieces booked for color and a blowout curl. And the dead ends cut off She stated she did know how to do a blowout and pin it up well, all she did was curl it.
