Every time I go into this Ulta I have a bad experience. The sales people are always rude. In addition, they never accommodate price matching from their website to the store. When asked if I order something online in store with the discount could they prepare the order right then, they always say no. Personally, I feel like they a never want to go the extra mile to help anyone. Their Happy Returns is always down (which a worker even agreed). The checkout lines are consistently long with only one cashier at the front.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever! Went in to get a gift for my wife's birthday, there was no one around to help us find what we were looking for. When we finally did find someone they wouldn't even walk over to the area to look with us. All they said was if it isn't on the shelf we don't have any in the back. Well we finally found it on a different shelf. Complete laziness and lack of desire to help us. They would have lost the salenofnwenjadnt kept looking.
Walked in exactly at 6 not realizing they close that early (it doesn't get dark for hours, Ulta what are you doing?) and was told they'd get in trouble if they serve me after closing despite doors still being unlocked and there being customers in there (I needed 1 quick thing that was sold literally at the counter)Ulta, if this is true you probably should change that rule, if door is unlocked, tell customer they're closing but can quickly help them with what they need, then lock door. If you plan on scrolling on your phone while at your hair appointment I wouldn’t book this salon. The salon manager has an unwritten rule that you’re not allowed to be on your phone for the 2-3 hours you may be sitting in her salon chairs. Also if you are looking for a place to take your child/teenager to, I wouldn’t book this salon. If you have other kids with you you’re not allowed to wait with your child getting the service done.
