Kind of snobbish
I scheduled a hair and formal makeup appointment for my wedding at the Machesney Park, IL Ulta location. I had read the reviews about rudeness (which concerned me) but decided I would give it a try anyway. Showed up on time at 10 am and was completely ignored by the first stylist. Waited another 10 minutes to finally be acknowledged by a second stylist who informed me that they did not have my appointment and they have "lost a few stylists" recently so they could do nothing for me.
