Every time I go to this location for a haircut, they totally botch it but then try to hide it with either a blow out or curls. I’ll be back for color but that’s it

been here multiple times and the whole staff are just the rudest people ever. they are so standoffish and never ask if you need any help.. and if they do interact with you it’s them following you around the store acting like you’re going to steal.

I went to the salon this past Saturday to get a hair cut and relaxer , my appointment was scheduled for 1:45 . I didn’t actually sit in the chair for my appointment until 2:40 . At the end of my appointment my stylist asked “do you want it curled ? Because my next client is here “ It felt rushed And I’m disappointed .
