I went to the salon this past Saturday to get a hair cut and relaxer , my appointment was scheduled for 1:45 . I didn’t actually sit in the chair for my appointment until 2:40 . Today, my daughter and I visited the store, and we were very disappointed with the customer service. When we entered, no one greeted or acknowledged us. Throughout our shopping experience, one associate with cat-eye makeup continuously watched and followed us around the store but never once greeted us or asked if we needed assistance. As frequent shoppers, this made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. The girls are always so kind and helpful. I don’t really love shopping but the lovely ladies in the store make it a very nice experience!
