I ran in here quickly to get a lipstick , I was lucky to find an employee near the Kylie lipsticks to help me with ease, now for the checkout , absolutely horrible and rude. There were no signs or anything pointing to where the checkout line began, 1 cashier and it was busy. Wish I could rate anything below 1. The salon staff is the worst they have no clue on how to manage the appointments. I called to confirm the appointment and they confirmed it over the call as well as over the msg! After reaching there at 3:45 for an 4 o clock appointment at 4:30 i am being told it’s canceled and they have another appointment. Never going back or would recommend anyone else too

Love having an ulta in Simi valley. I come for all things beauty and more Lana in the salon in the back sometimes does my make up for special occasions. She pays attention to detail and to what I like. She applies beautiful glam lashes for me and I leave feeling like $1 million.
