I called this Ulta because the one in hammond didnt have the product i was looking for, so i called the covington ulta. The woman on the phone (Noelle or something) had put me on hold for only like 30-45 seconds before telling me they werent in stock. My son went to the store tonight on 12/16 to buy his momma, me of course some perfume in Covington La, this was his first time in this store, (Ulta beauty)but the lady wouldn’t sale it to him, he works and make his money like everyone else, so I am very disappointed! When he asked for the store manager the store manager came, she also refused.
