We arrived early yesterday 8/22/25 for a scheduled brow appointment for my daughter. Wandered store and kept going to area for the brow, no one was there. Wandered more. At no point did anyone ask if we needed help and it was about 20 minutes past scheduled time. A woman came up and I said what we were waiting for and went to check. She came back and said "of sorry sorry and so is not finished with xyz and won't have time today can you come back tomorrow?"
