I had the most awful experience here and I'm deeply upset even days later. I came in to pick up an online order and decided to do a bit of shopping as I had the time; I'm a longtime Ulta shopper, I looked nice, and I was clearly deeply engrossed in the products I was looking at and the displays I was interacting with. Great service great selection
I've been going to this Ulta sense it's opened. And yesterday was my last straw. Any time this older white lady with bleach blond hair and glasses is working (believe she might be a manager) she is either stereotyping me or racial profiling me. It's been years. Being discriminated and given micro aggression when doing some self care shopping is not pleasant expierence. I'm done with her discrimination and have no issue calling her out the next time I go in. Ulta has great stylist’s I get my hair done every time here. Ayssa Ortiz , does a fabulous job. She goes above and beyond. I Consistently receive compliments on my different hairstyles and hair color changes. Great quality of work. Thank you so much
