07/12/2026 - every time I’m at this location, the staff is always so helpful & friendly. Today though they went above and beyond. They made sure I had a speedy check out to beat the rain and it had just started as I left. Of course, I ran out to my car not realizing I had dropped my phone and I believe it was the manager who ran outside after to me to make sure I got my phone, in the rain!!! came in without a hair appointment, and stylist Yadira was able to fit me in for a haircut and blow-dry. She did an amazing job! She was so sweet, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I absolutely love my hair and highly recommend her— 10/10! I'll definitely be coming back, and next time I'm bringing my mom and sister with me.
Horrible delivery service. After 6 days since order I still haven't received products which are heat sensitive and exposed to summer heat for days. The customer service stinks . Why don't they have delivery to store for products not available in store which is more quick than home delivery. And I'm going to have to go through the hassle of the return/refund process. I'm gonna start shopping for same products at Walmart, and Target from now on. They carry a lot of the same products at the same or lower price with faster deliv... read more
I made an appointment through the app for the salon services with Yadira. She is so sweet and did a great service retouching my roots and I also got a deep conditioning treatment. Oh and a fabulous blowout!!!! Everything came out perfect!!! She didn't treat me like just another client but like family and you can tell she really loves to help people and do an amazing job Definitely will be back here again!!
