I had a disappointing experience at this Ulta on September 11, 2026, at around 5:00 PM. I was trying to locate several products, and when I had difficulty finding some of them, I politely asked an employee for assistance. Unfortunately, instead of offering help, the employee told me that because I receive tips, I should find the products myself. Mia was the beauty advisor that helped me today, and she is incredibly knowledgeable. She listened to me, didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything, and was very kind. Thank you Mia for a wonderful experience!!! I will come back to this specific location from now on.
Was already near South Tamiami Trail so I popped in. Picked up shampoo, a lip gloss, and cotton rounds. Stock looked solid and the aisles were actually organized. An employee pointed me to the right aisle without making it a whole thing. I'd come back for the same kind of run. The 8240 entrance was the one I used.
