I went to Ulta Beauty today at 86th St and Lexington Ave. Now I have to say the experience I had in the store today was horrible, the customer service is bad, you have staff who look at you and walk right past you, then I walk into the perfume section, I witness staff on their cell phones, then you see a bunch of staff huddle all together laughing and gossiping while customers are walking back and fourth it's disgusting and unprofessional
I went in just expecting another regular haircut in the city, but walked out with more confidence, feeling rejuvenated and with tangible advice about how to achieve my desired looks. Saira truly gave me the best haircut ever and with the love and care that is unlike any other stylist in the city. 100/10 experience.

I came here for a hair and makeup appointment before graduation and had a lovely experience. The stylists were kind and professional, and I felt very pretty!
