I always come to this Ulta. I’d say it’s been well over 5 years. I never usually experience bad customer service but today was the worst. I also don’t like to call out cashiers by their name but Tracy was the worst cashier I’ve interacted with by far. She was rude before I even got a chance to speak she looked at me and my sister and said OH like she saw something bad. It was obviously racism.
