At least 3 or 4 staff members asked if they could help and seemed very friendly. The cashier was very nice and professional. My only complaint would be the loud, hair dresser in the back. He didn't have any business and all I could hear throughout the whole store was him singing and shouting out things to customers to get their attention and even insults like "ohhh girl your hair is orange....ohh!" I have mixed feelings for this particular Ulta. If I know om heading to SD or OC I will wait. I have had some good experiences at this one in EC. Very helpful & knowledgeable staff....then other times I can walk in the place is empty & not 1 person will offer any help even though they are not even with a customer. For the most part I've had good customer service
Terrible customer service. Everyone who I've dealt with has a pissed off, what do you need attitude. I've been to many Ulta stores and this one in a place like El Centro was a bad decision as they ruined the Name "Ulta" for me. Never going back to the El Centro store again. Your much better off going to San Diego and giving business to people who actually want to help and do their job. Hope this review helps, but you might have to see for your self the terrible service they give.
