It was a pleasant shopping experience here inside the store but definitely not over the phone. If I could remember associate who answered the phone named Evelyn, didn’t sounded too helpful. I was looking for a particular Ulta beauty collection foundation hoping for her to check for me if they had it on their mark down racks including the color shade I needed & she just told me that, “They couldn’t place it on hold” for me in other words save the item for me on the counter.
