It's incredible that they don't want to speak Spanish, when we live on the border, and many Hispanics come shopping, and even more so when the cashier named Crystal's pre-Hispanic roots are evident

Pésimo servicio y atención al cliente, no te atienden si no vas bien vestida. Terrible service and customer attention, they don't assist you unless you're dressed well.

Today at Ulta was an awful experience.Went there with my family and admittedly a manager a older looking lady that works there Immediately started following us. I also had my child and she said that, she heard of that manager, telling one of the workers to look out to make sure we weren't stealing which we weren't of course, what type of people do you think we would be to do that and the whole entire experience when we were there, she Just kept following us and making ugly faces at us and to my child and kept saying somethin... read more
