We have been into this location a few times recently to acquire makeup for our upcoming wedding. We are not very experienced in the application of makeup and needed a little advice and suggestions. We were guided to the associate Elissa and she blew us away. She was very friendly and showed and explained exactly what she was doing and we walked away with many helpful tips and tricks. You can tell she truly enjoys her job and working with the makeup.

Shopping here is second to walking on broken glass. I came in to do a return and some retail therapy and not a single person on the floor greeted or helped me. As I did my return I couldn’t pull up my app fast enough because the girl on the register couldn’t find my previous purchase and audibly told who she was training “So obviously she doesn’t have a receipt so we can’t do anything” Yes I had proof of purchase, yes is was less than 30 days. When I came to ulta to find a hair product I have used for years I was upset to find they changed the formula. Everyone in the store was so helpful to find something else I could use that was similar. They talked with their other coworkers until we brain stormed what could work the best. They really went above and beyond to help me. One worker was from the salon with a septum ring and black hair that was partly green colored and the other girl worked at the front counter with shoulder length brown hair. Liz at the brow station is an amazing artist! She takes her time and sculpts and tints my eyebrows perfectly! She also provides excellent recommendations for make up, personalized to my skin type and coloring!
