I was at Ulta Watertown last week. It's supposedly the only one I like and the one with the best location. I bought a few things and, since it was my birthday month, I wanted to use my birthday offer. The cashier tried to apply it several times and it didn't work. I really wasted a lot of time in the store trying to use the discount the Ulta app promised me. I had an unpleasant experience in the Watertown MA Ulta Beauty store. I arrived and no one greeted me which is expected idc. However I noticed after about 5 mins Laura began to follow me around the store for the entire duration of my shopping trip. Not once did she ask if she could help me find anything.
