Employees were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional! When I asked for help locating an item, they completely ignored me and continued gossiping with each other in the back of the store like middle schoolers. It’s clear they care more about chatting than actually doing their jobs or helping paying customers. There are plenty of other Ulta locations with staff who actually treat people with respect, so I won’t be setting foot in this one again until the customer service is completely overhauled.
My wife spent over 6 hours here for a color service and paid more than $200. She walked out with basically the same hair color she went in with. We lost our entire weekend to this appointment, and she left extremely upset with damage to her hair and no real result.
My friend had her hair done here and it was a terrible experience. Over $200 for a color service, but the result was basically unchanged. She was very upset.
Worst color service ever. Paid 230$, went through bleach and toners, and walked out with the SAME hair color. They even told me “go stand under the sun to see it.” Ridiculous.
