I had my worst hair experience of my life here. My appt started an hour late, the stylist was extremely nice but cut my top layer too short then took a chunk out of the side layer that I've had to hide with half up dos for 5 months now while growing it out. I was terribly disappointed but the salon management was the worst part. The store manager criticized and pressured because it was close to closing time. I paid early to accommodate, and tipped well. Stood in here for 10 minutes with 4 employees without a hello or anything. I was the ONLY customer in here on a slow Tuesday night. I was waiting in front of the fragrance counter while 2 of them were at the checkout, one was inventory and a manger was walking around. My husband came back from wandering around the sporting goods store (so you know it had been awhile) and still no service. Had to ask someone to open the fragrances and help. Why bother…most Ultas have great service and are helpful not here!
