I want to leave the biggest shout out to Karlie (or Kaylie, I don’t remember)!! She is the most beautiful, kind person and so helpful! I returned some items and got a gift card with the refunded money. After like two and a half seconds, I lost my gift card! Karlie stayed after she clocked out and helped me look around the entire store to find my gift card. She was so kind to use her own time to help me!
I got my hair done with Jully paid $205 before tip and was very disappointed. The brassy photo is what she sent me off with and the ash color is what I paid another salon to fix the mess Ulta created. My hair was VERY ORANGE this picture does not catch the true color of the hair.
