I love the employees here! They're always so helpful and they're so knowledgeable! It was a group effort to help me find various things for my super sensitive skin but Kaila, Isabella, Elizabeth, and Jayci specifically were so patient, delightful, and enthusiastic (everyone is always great here, though!). This is my go to location if I don't know what I'm doing and I need help!
The store in Saratoga Springs is always clean and filled with employees eager to help out. Last time I went in, a few days ago, Brynn helped me find a few products and even walked me to them to make sure I got the right ones….she also pointed out sales that were going on which I wasn’t aware of. Then another employee (forgot their name) checked me out without having to even go to the line….a new feature to me. It was fabulous. Love their products and the kindness and helpfulness of the people that work there ;)
I went looking for clean makeup for my young daughter. An employee said these are cleanish products. I believed her. I went and looked them up later when I got home and they were ANYTHING but clean. I then returned my products and went to Sephora for their clean line. Never coming back to this Ulta. I’ve always had issues coming here and I’m just over it. I rather drive to Sephora in AF then to deal with people who think they know what they’re doing at this store.
I found the dermatological products I needed for my facial skin, but there were also other products I could purchase if I couldn't find the first ones. They have well-known, prestigious brands like Vichy, Cleanance, Cetaphil, etc. There are areas to purchase products for specific hair needs, products for professionals and for people who like top-quality products.
