Lila was a true delight during the checkout process, super personable! I didn't catch her name, but another girl was super sweet checking on me , her timing unlocking the perfume case perfectly. Love this Ulta when I'm in town.

waited in the queue till it was finally my turn and all the tickets were already sold out even though I got in the queue exactly at 10 o’clock Eastern standard time and had to wait in the queue for over an hour till it was my turn and then everything was sold out such a scam i’m sure all the tickets just went to influencers seems really unfair to the other 3 million people that were trying to get a ticket. I made the mistake of booking a full root blonde touch up instead of a root touchup for my blonde highlights. I had only gotten them done 3 times prior and they were done by a friend so I was unfamiliar in regards to what to ask for/what the process could look like. I will take credit for that, but the way everything else was done was unprofessional.
